Website and technical services
This website uses SiteMinder Canvas/MyDirectStay. Visiting a page transmits your IP address and technical connection information to the servers involved. This may include browser information, requested files, time and referring page. Technical processing supports delivery, security and functionality of the website. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR may provide a legal basis for this processing; our interest is an accessible and secure information and booking service.
The website includes SiteMinder files, images from webbox.imgix.net, libraries from cdn.jsdelivr.net and a SiteMinder analytics module from unpkg.com. Maps and external links
The displayed map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap. The OpenStreetMap Foundation receives technical request information including your IP address. Please see the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy statement. There are also links to Google Maps and Facebook. Opening these links takes you to another website, where the relevant provider's privacy information applies.
Enquiries and direct bookings
When you contact us, we process the contact details and messages you provide to answer your enquiry. Booking data includes names, contact details, travel dates, occupancy and reservation information. Direct booking uses SiteMinder/Little Hotelier. Processing booking enquiries and fulfilling contracts is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; legally required processing is based on Article 6(1)(c). Required information is marked in the booking process. Without it, completing a booking may not be possible.
Cookies and analytics integrations
Simply using this website does not constitute consent to optional cookies or tracking. During the technical check, Google Tag Manager (GTM-WD6VSBF) was embedded before the cookie notice was accepted. The website editor's Analytics field was empty; this does not establish that the platform uses no analytics. The complete set of triggered services, cookie lifetimes and options for blocking them in advance has not yet been confirmed. Retention and international processing
Retention of enquiry and booking data depends on handling the enquiry, fulfilling the contract, statutory retention duties and, where applicable, resolving claims. Specific technical retention periods, processing locations and international-transfer safeguards for the platform services have not yet been fully confirmed for this website. We therefore do not claim exclusively European processing or blanket consent to transfers. Please contact us for information about your specific data.
